Mac is a graduate of the University School, University of Vermont, and has received his MBA from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management.In addition, he has completed postgraduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate Development. Biggar is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM), and is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). Biggar is a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers of Greater Cleveland, serves on the Pepper Pike Civic League as a trustee, and is a member of the Leadership Cleveland class of 2004.Through this experience, he has become well versed in customer service and deadline adherence.Kevin also previously took part as a research scholar and assistant at Sandler Sales Training where he learned crucial interpersonal communication skills as well productive and aggressive cold calling.Prior to that, Mac worked at Colliers International for six years and B. America’s Management Training Program for three years. He retired from Adirondack in 2001 as Professor of Business Emeritus, having served for two years as Chairman of the Business Division.Steve took a leave of absence from Adirondack for one year during which he was an Associate Professor of Business at Skidmore College, filling a one year vacancy.
Another leave from teaching took place from 1988 through 1991 while Steve served as Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury and a member of the Warren County Board of Supervisors for four years.Following retirement from Adirondack, Steve served as the Executive Director of the Regional Emergency Medical Service Council for the 6,000 square mile area that included Warren, Washington, Essex, Clinton and Franklin Counties.He was responsible for coordinating the EMS operation of 98 rescue/ambulance agencies with regional hospitals and air ambulance services, as well as coordinating the education and training of over 1000 EMS personnel.He came to Realty USA Commercial in 2014, now known as Hanna Commercial Real Estate.A member of the Richer Team, he is Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified, CIREC.
